Tregudo sources and screens candidates in Finland — job seekers, career changers, people with the right attitude who need the right qualification. You meet the shortlist before training begins.
03 Train
Edusalo delivers the training: for drivers, the C/CE licence and the professional driver qualification (ammattipätevyys); for other roles, the qualification the job requires — using the employer's own equipment and routines where possible.
04 Place and support
Candidates start work with you as the training ends. Tregudo stays involved through the first months.
